Every Orient Opticals frame is covered against manufacturing defects for two full years.
What's Covered
Hinge failures, frame discoloration, coating peeling, and other manufacturing defects are covered free of charge for 24 months from delivery.
What's Not Covered
Accidental damage, scratches from misuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty, though we offer discounted repairs.
Making a Claim
Bring your frame to our Ananthapuramu studio, or contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the issue and your order number.
Lens Warranty
Anti-glare and blue-light coatings carry a separate 1-year warranty against peeling or bubbling.
